All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
We reserve the right to change or alter Prices of Goods on this website without notice to you.
We accept payments via PayPal and direct deposit.
Direct Deposit: Please leave your reference (eg order number and name) when transferring funds. All orders paid for via bank deposits will be sent once funds have been cleared (approx. 3 working days). Orders with bank deposit as payment method will be cancelled if no payments received within 5 business days.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and packed.

Free shipping on all orders over $100! (Except for Goods that require special delivery).
Additional delivery fee may apply for delivery address outside of metropolitan regions.

Please check with your local customs with regard to import duties and regulations. There might be additional customs clearance procedure, import duties and taxes that may be applied to your purchase.
Big and bulky Goods
Please note, large items will be measured by cubic weight and may incur additional delivery fee. We reserve the right to charge additional delivery fee should the item(s) you are purchasing be bulky/heavy. Should this apply we will contact you to provide you with another invoice for the additional delivery fee to be paid for. To give you an idea/as an indicative guide, anything more that 5kg cubic weight and/or bigger than 510 x 435mm may incur additional delivery fee. We will contact you to confirm the shipping fee.
We will notify you of any change to the delivery fee for your order. If you do not wish to continue with your order, you may cancel your order. We will refund the money paid to us in respect of your order and make reasonable endeavours to process a refund of money paid to us within 5-7 business days.
All international orders will be sent by Air Mail with no insurance and without tracking. Additional delivery fee may apply should you request your order be sent with tracked parcel and/or with insurance. International buyers are responsible for their local import duties and taxes.
Please ensure you have provided us with a correct address. Should your parcel(s) are returned to us as undeliverable, an additional postage will apply to resend your order.
Returns and exchanges
We may offer you an exchange or refund provided that the item(s) purchased
- Is in saleable condition
- Is unworn, unused and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Is not subject to the exclusions listed below:
Exclusions: gift cards, swimwear, underwear, jewellery, watches, custom made and altered products, bedding accessories, cosmetics.
All returns or exchanges will need to be within 7 days of the date of purchase with the original proof of purchase. We do not refund on postage and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. You will need to pay for the additional postage if you are exchanging an item.
Please Note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and allows you to track the item.
We are not required to provide you with a copy of your original receipt to facilitate an exchange, refund, insurance or warranty claim.
No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind about your purchases.
Consumer Guarantees/faulty goods
Our return policy does not affect your legal rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe an Item is faulty you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (i.e. will be refunded, replaced or repaired as appropriate.). However, these consumer guarantees do not apply where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use.
Out of stock items
We have a physical store and online shop. On very rare occasions we may be out of stock if your online order overlaps with a purchase in our retail store; or due to system error you have been able to purchase an item that is sold out through our website. Should any of these incidents occur we will notify you and let you know an anticipated delivery time for the item or provide you with a full refund in respect to the out of stock item purchased.
Pre-order for Micro Scooters
Pre-order accepted for Micro Scooters that are currently out of stock. We cannot guarantee the delivery times and these can take from 1 to 4 weeks for delivery. You will be contacted if there is an unexpected delay.
Payment is required at the time you place your pre-order.
All pre-orders are processed as regular orders.
We endeavour to display our products as accurately as possible to assist you selecting the items that best suit your needs. All of the sizing of our goods are based on the indicative guides provided by our label providers. Due to individual computer settings there may be instances where the colours you see via this website may appear slightly different to the actual goods.
We do not make any warranty as to the accuracy and completeness of the information on this website and that any products or services will meet your requirements. We reserve the right to change any detail on this website at any stage. In the unlikely event incorrect information has been provided (e.g typo) we reserve the right to amend the detail, cancel the order or remove the product.
